उत्तर प्रस्तावना

Pyar rukta Nahi begins on a street in Chandigarh, in the midst of an argument between Godbole, a leader, with moral committement. He has been playing to help party to win elections and Amar and Katrina are helping him' to make his way easy 

Both families(Poonam Pawan Nargis and Ahmed) have good relationship with each other and both families know their friendship but nobody is serious about their friendship because they have never openly admitted anything about their love.

Suddenly one day something happened and accidentally they touch each other which creates havoc in Chandigarh and  incidents after incidents derailed the whole college and it becomes the talk of town especially in City hall.

The whole Chandigarh learned that Katrina is in love with Amar and has supposed to marry Amar, an emerging leader and Mangni is bound to happen. Abid says he hates Amar, who recently passed him over for the position of assistant leadership in favor of the inexperienced Vivek who is at all deserving it.

One day Ahmed finds that his daughter is indeed missing, and he gathers some police officers to find Katrina. Not wanting his hatred of Amar to be known, Abid hurries back to father and family. Abid arrives with an urgent message from the shridhar and says that help is needed in the matter of the imminent Muslim organisations run by Ansari He discussed the matter with them . The organisation is more interested in terrorism than their love story Naturally they want to exploit the love for Katrina from both sides

Abid accuses Amar of stealing his lover by conspiracy When he finds out that Amar is on his way to speak with the police he decides to go along and plead non guilty  before the assembled phone meeting in his house. Amar never reacts as he knows the entire situation and start to assess it.

The leaders and police are very sympathetic toward Amar .Given a chance to speak for himself, Amar convinced that he wooed and won Katrina not by conspiracy but with the Love and his adventures in college The police finds Amar's explanation convincing, and Katrina herself enters at this point to defend her choice in marriage and to announce to her father that her allegiance is now her future husband and soon she will appear in Chandigarh 

Meanwhile Abid lover Zeenat insists that she accompany on his trip, and preparations are made for them to depart . Abid realises that he has no chance of breaking up Amar’s future marriage. Abid assures that as soon as Katrina’s blood is made dull with the act of sport so that she will lose interest in Amar and seek sexual satisfaction in him However, leader warns that “elsewhere” will likely be with Vivek and he should cast Vivek into disgrace by starting a fight with Vivek at the evening’s revels. Abid explains that eliminating Katrina is the first crucial step in his plan to ruin Amar. 

Katrina disappears and nobody knows exactly what happened?

Apparently for police it seems that leaders provoked kidnapper who is extremely upset, and he laments to himself, realising once Katrina has gone, that his reputation has been ruined forever. They started searching Katrina as Katrina mission.

Amar assures Poonam that he can get back into graces from ashes once he gets Katrina

In an attempt at research Amar sends some friends to search Katrina Hoping to arrange a meeting with Katrina In the search he was attacked by community but escape by countering fights against whole mob.

One day he gets the clues and by following them and tracking the route he gets her hidden place.

Will he gets back Katrina or because of frustration both will commit suicide like Laila Majnu ?
